Chamomile & Mint Tea

Today's weather is perfect for soup and tea! I've harvested rosemary, parsley and sage for soup; chamomile and mint for tea.

Chamomile & Mint Tea
- Boil water in kettle. Once the water comes to a boil, remove from heat for about 2 minutes.
- Place your mint and chamomile in a tea strainer. Then place inside the tea cup.
- Pour hot water over your herbs and let steep for 10 minutes. Cover your container to help the essential oils in the herbs not evaporate.
- Remove strainer.
- Sweeten tea to taste with a little local honey.
- Cozy up with a blanket, watch the rain fall and enjoy!
